This section contains all the released activities related to this case. |
Perform the necessary action. For more information on the various actions that can be performed on an activity, refer to Working with Inbox. The name of the Assignee and the attributes defined to be displayed as columns in the Inbox while modeling the Inbox model details are displayed below the related activities of a Case Activity.

Events |
This section contains all the events that can be triggered on the Case Instance. |
Select the required events to be triggered and click Trigger Events. |
Followup(s) |
Free Followups - Activities that have no direct relation to the sequence of activities. They can be set on any state in the case model.This view displays only Free Followup(s). |
Right-click the required free followup and and select any of the following:

To view the history of all the activities related to the selected case instance, click on the Case Instance View tool bar. A Case Instance History page appears, displaying the states of various case activities on the Case Activity tab and the overview of the case on the Overview tab. Refer to Case Activities Interface, for more information on the fields in the Case Instance History page.
